The good news is, that since it's Samantha, all her shoes are closed toe? Not much help, am I?

PS- our cat chewed off my little sister's Molly finger

I've gotta say, my Samantha has a few itty bitty chew marks on her left (or right) hand from our kitty, Chuckie, in about 1997. Obviously, I was pretty mad at our cat when he did it, but we had to put our cat to sleep about 3 years ago, and I'm so so so glad we didn't get Sam's arms replaced. She means even more to me now, as an everlasting reminder of our doofas cat, .

Your Sam's bites aren't too bad, and someday it wont mean ANYTHING to you, and you probably wont even notice them anymore. My Sam feels your Sam's pain, but says "at least your shoes will cover your marks up! Mine are always seen...."

I did learn a valuable lesson from that, though- don't keep my dolls in places where cats can reach. Our new cat has had many, many opportunities to do some AG chomping, but she's not the smartest thing in the world, so I'm still warry of leaving AGs around on the ground/a place she can get to. I didn't think I was a bad AG Mommy (and you're not either), it sometimes takes experience to learn things like this.

Aww poor Sam! I agree with the other posters about her shoes though, she should be okay with those on. And hey, you can always make it an interesting part of her story if you'd like, by coming up with how that happened to her as a character. I know that you're very creative and good at coming up with interesting backstories for your dollies, so I'm sure that if you did that it might be neat.

I'm so sorry that happened to you! Like everyone has said, it's not so bad! Sam wouldn't have been allowed to go much of anywhere without her shoes anyway, so she'll just have to be extra proper Hearing all these stories sure makes me glad all I've ever had are fish!

I'm sorry. My dog has a real taste for AGs. She ate almost all of mine in one day. To make matters worse it was my dad's funeral which is why i was so careless and forgot to lock the doll room. I lost some WBs and i think most were PMs. She didn't leave me any intact parts.Recently I had my new ebay Molly soaking in Downy and she even went after her. She got a mouthful of Downy which i hope taught her a lesson but i doubt it. My cats don't chew the dolls but they like to lick them-yuck.

Accidents happen, don't feel to bad. At least it was her feet. I wouldn't worry about it anymore.
